Owning a small car has several advantges, First of all, it's easier to park anywhere, and that will be useful for people who live in the city. Small cars are usually more economical than bigger ones. For example, small vehicles with small engine use less fuel. Also, small engines produce less fuems, this helps to reduce air pollution. Moreover, small cars usually first choice for people lives in very busy Citys like Cairo, London and Kuala Lumpur. In conclusion, small vehicles often cost less than bigger ones. There for I would recomond owning a small car.

I think the beginning of your paragraph is strong. There is a clear topic sentence and good signal words.
Later in the paragraph I have some questions -
1. Why are small cars first choice for people in busy cities? This idea needs some supporting evidence.
2. Does your conclusion introduce a new idea? Don't do that! The cost thing should be part of your paragraph, not the conclusion.
In your concluding sentence, you could say something like:
Small cars are convenient, economical, and environmentally friendly so I would recommend owning one.
