I'm writing again.
Learn a new language is very difficult for people,because is not you're mother language and new grammer is very hard.But learn a new language is very important,specially English language.In the world some people can speak English and I think in the good university in the world teaching English,so you must can speak English.For travel and visit the another country and city if you can speak English,travel is very easy.Then learn a new language is very useful.

Unfortunately, you're still not answering the question with this one Yasmin. Why is it difficult to learn another language eg you have to remember a lot of words, the grammar and writing are different from your first language, you can't pronounce some of the sounds/words. Did you misunderstand the question?
