Exercise is necessary for good health

One of the most important factors in good health is exercise. We have two type of exercise, mental exercise and physical exercise which are helpful to have healthy life. Mental exercise can be as to memorise numbers, poems and etc which are good to have a good memory and physical can be jugging, swimming and etc to have have healthy body .

Having at least three times per week physical exercise is very good. Specially in the morning it aware you to feel sleepy in the day, start a day very energetic. More over when you do it will forget about your life problems and far from stress. To have this fun you do not need to pay anything. You just need to care about yourself. Mental exercise is a thing we mostly do it every day, for example when we meet some one new we try to remember their name, phone number and etc.

So, to have a healthy and happy life is necessary to have exercise.

It's great that you have split this into mental and physical exercise. I also like that in the first paragraph you define them and then talk about how much of each in the second paragraph.

We usually say, 'One of the most important factors in good health is exercise.' The first sentence of the second paragraph is a bit too long. Break it up so that it's easier to understand.

A couple of parts could be reworded, e.g. 'To have this fun you don't need to pay anything. You just need to care about yourself.'

'So' would be better than 'finally', which is for the last supporting evidence rather than the concluding sentence.

    Well done!

    See you next week.

  3. Good! Well done!

How about, 'Doing physical exercise at least three times a week is very good, specially in the mornings. You won't feel sleepy in the day if you start your day very energeticly.'

    See you tomorrow!
