I think sending rockets, people and satellites into space or space program is a waste of money project if the intention is to find alternative planet for human being. Although it could be possible for man to live in space but it will be very expensive and only useful for short period. This is because we also need plants and animals as food which mean thinking about living in space must also include other living things.

On the other hand, I agree with the space program if it is for telecommunication because it will make human communication easier and faster.

I believe that police are acting is wisely because Harlem area is specific state with a special atmosphere. Besides , Harlem`s people have particular culture as almost all Harlem`s people are African-Americans with black skins.
Also,The governments need to control this state with wisely idea and I strongly support this beneficial idea.

I would say that there are many states and districts like Harlem in my country.However, my country governments don`t have any idea for wisely control these area and I don`t know why?
although , sometimes governments in my mother country do some act and it act make a discrimination opinion amongst people.

The RAP music is a type of hip-hop music and I know all black`s people like rap music specially Harlem`s people are proud of the Rap music because they made it.I pleasure say that first Rap music made from repeated broadcasts of Martin Luther king speeches.

Why don't fathers take more paternity leave?

Nowadays, mothers talking about their partner's behavior during paternity leave.Fathers don't pay attention to their kids when they born. Government survey some rules for dads .The survey shows many employers refus to top up the rate of paternity pay from the statutory minimum of a week .


I think paternity should be leave 1 or 2 weeks.

Yes,i think it should be compulsory,becaus mother and baby need to take care.

We haven't any paternity leave for dad in my country,it's just for mothers.But i think we ned to this rules for healthy care mam and kid.

Smokers may face tougher bans

This story is about how the government is planning to reduce the number of deaths caused by smoking. They are considering banning vending machines, and colourful packaging of cigarettes.

I think there is a strong argument for the banning of cigarettes, but feel that an outright ban is impractical as it will only cause a number of people to turn to the black market.

I agree with the suggestions that we should encourage people to smoke less by limiting the places that are available to smoke, and the availability of buying them.

I'm not sure that we should make smokers pay for health care directly, however believe that the costs that are incurred by hospitals when treating smoking related illnesses should be born by the tax paid on cigarettes and tobacco.

Tourism in Libya will increase in future, why?

Tourism in Libya was not good because Libya's government had many problems with USA' government and also with England's government.so they did not come so many tourists to my country before.however now Libya's government is going to be good relationship with these countries.I can see many tourists of difference countries come to visit my country and my country is going grow up in these years such as my government erect my new international hotels to make anyone comes to visit Libya more comfortable.anther hand Libya's government have decided to make big the best place in front of beach for tourists.so I hope Libya is the best place for tourists soon.

Tourism will grow in Iran,why?

Tourism is increasing in my country,Iran. According to the government's report the number of foreign tourists who have come to Iran rose in 2000 to 2009. Also the domestic tourist arrivals grew dramatically at the same period of time. The effect of the tourism industry is obvious in the several cities namely, Shiraz, Esfehan, Tehran and north of Iran. Some hotels are built and historic places are repaired. Therefore, many people go to work. It is thought that tourism will slighty increase in the next few years.

Tourism will decrease in Iran in the future? Why?

Iran's tourism has a high potentials, to grown and developed . The development of the industry that was not

worthy.Then it fall steadily year to year. The reason can be prepared in the absence of appropriate economic

platforms to attract investment in hotel construction and other industries that pointed side.Therefore investors

being unaware of the fields in Iran. The second , a weak advertising and publishing false and negative news

from Iran cause fell steadily to numbers of visitors . That was followed by social and religious restrictions for foreign

tourists as well as political tensions , with some Western countries as well as other obstacles in the way of

growing tourism industry in Iran.

Tourism in Indonesia will increase in future, why?

I think tourism in Indonesia will increase in the future. because we have a lot of things to offer for foreigner coming to Indonesia, we have 17,508 island so there is many thing to see. Like Bali has got one of the popular beaches in Indonesia, white sand and both nature and culture are part of Indonesia tourism. We have also beautiful mountain people can climb, and many different national parks in Sumatra are just few examples of famous beautiful scenery destinations.

Tourism in one of the revenue source in Iran. This industry has improved since 1988 when Iran and Iraq war was over. However in recent years (2008) the number of the visitor in Iran are decreasing and it will go down more and more.

Future of tourism in Iran is in danger because of two reason. The main reason(sake) for this disaster is bad mentality of foreigner about Iran. The first reason for bad mentality is bad advertising about Iran which show Iran is unstable and second reason is recent voting which shows Iran is not safe but actually is over at the moment. The last reason is force for veil in Iran which make tourist fell uncomfortable.

In conclusion, i belief decreasing of visitor will effect in Iran economy because it is possibility to make some tourism office close and also the income for museum and excursion locations go down.

Literacy levels are going down.why?

Literacy means the ability to read and write.all the people around the world are reading and writing because without them we can not communication by many ways such as newspaper, magazine.there are many people used to read it but now some of people they do not use to read it because first of all spend of time to read it and you have to wait newspaper and sometimes not clear when you read it,I mean there are some of them when they read it they have still some question about that subject and also there are many people are working whole day so they do not have enough time to read a book.so in these days you can not see many people are reading newspaper or books same as before when you saw a lot of people were reading at coffee or garden so no.

But now if they need to know any information they can get it from many ways such as use internet and if they want to write something ,they can do it by chatting on computer,messenger,or writer machine,I mean wrote it on computer and then print it.so now we can see so many people are going to leave reading books ,newspaper or magazine so on.they used to it but now earn time and easy to research it in internet.

At the present time ,many people have a lot of entertainment like Internet Radio Television and so on

and folk spend with watch TV or listen to radio.This in industrialized countries moore than other countries for instance

80 percent of people in industrialized countries watch television more than 5hours a day but in 80percent of people in the-

this entertainment leaves bad influence to literacy levels because people do not read any thing or learn new any thing.

nowadays folk do not like to read some thing like books or newspapers so these reasons literacy levels are gonig down.

on the other hand,some people disagree.they think this entertainment helps to improve literacy levels because when

folk watch television or listen to radio influence to learn new things and this is good for improve literacy levels.

however in my opinion literacy levels are going down and governments must to encourage people to read some things

Nowadays, people who read books and newspapers are on the decrease and some people also tend to be afraid of writing. What is the cuase of the problem?

There are three main explanations to decline. Firstly, people spend a lot of time using new technology. For instance, they enjoy using the internet such as playing computer games, web browsing, chatting a lot of time. Sometimes, they watch TV programmes or movie instead of reading. Many persons seem to do more interesting things rather than reading books. Secondly, people write wrong words and sentences when they chat with their friend on the internet. Although they can make correct sentence, they often use poor english to easy to write. So, some people make a spelling mistake. they don't remember one. Lastly, People who work at office don't have much time to read. They spend most of their time working. so, they might choose another hobbies to relax.

For some reason, literacy of people might decrease and get worse. in addition, some children think that reading is very boring activity. We need some suggestion to solve this problem. (JA)

However in the developed countries, it's just the opposite where schooling is provided by the state and it is mandatory to attend schooling to an age of 16 in hence literacy has improved.

Although in developed countries, more and more people are getting less interested in reading and writing due to TV and internet and hence these skills slowly disappears
