Tips for Staying Healthy - Sifa

There are several ways to keep our bodies healthy. First of all, we must avoid stress in workplace as well as at home. Spend your free time on vacation to release the tension. In addition, do a lot of exercises. Workout is good for us to prevent impairments in our health. Do chores, for instance is also one type of exercises. What is more, in order to stay healthy don't forget to eat wholesome food, such as, vegetables, fruits, etc.

    I like that you have made a point and then backed it up with an example. A couple of things could be reworded, for example, 'Doing chores, for instance, is one type of exercice.'
