For good health, exercise is necesssary*akiko

How can we keep our good health? Doing exercise is surely the best way. The first, by doing it, our apperence must become better because of loosing weight, delay the aging, getting confidence and so on... The second, it can certainly help us to prevent our disease in the future. Lastly, that will help not only our body, but also our mental. For instance, after doing it, our feeling must be fine, also we can possibly control our emotions. In conclusion, exercise is necessary to lead our good life.

    Well done, three good points. Can you develop the one about disease more since it's a good point that answers the topic, that exericise and good health are linked, really well. Good point that it's mental as well as physical health.
