children below 12 years should not be allowed to own mobile phones

In our modern age , mobile phone has became one of the essential things in our life. In fact , most of adults buy such cell phone and children as well . People believe that it's helpful for children whereas, others say it should be banned due to it has drawback.


There are some disadvantages of owning children mobile phones. Firstly, it causes an antisocial kid who can't communicate with others directly .Secondly,the child could be distracted from his studies because it's a multi function device such as games .In addition ,children are irresponsible to be own a cell phone. That could west their money. For example ,if they followed the advertisement of connection companies, they will lose lots money indeed .


On the other hand, it has many advantages which may be supported the other opinion which believe cell phones should be allowed for them.In the first, children in need to mobiles because they confront urgent emergency situations which demand owning mobile to contact with their parents. Furthermore ,they need it to communicate with their friend who have mobiles as well. Finally,we can encourage them to be responsible by giving them mobile phones. For instance , they can use the alarm to woke themselves up at the morning.

To conclude, i believe that cell phone should be banned for children due to ,it harmful for them and the disadvantages are far greater than the benefits of owning it.Don't we think we should keep our children safe against cancer ?
