American Idol-Kelly Clarkson (Andrew)

Kelly Clarkson, who was born in Texas in 1982, is one of outstanding American pop rock singer and songwriter. In 2002, she became a winner in 1st season of American Idol, which is still the most popular reality television singing competition in United States. “A Moment Like This”, which is her debut single, was released in North America after American Idol Season 1 finale and was received generally positive reviews from the public as well as most of music critics. Following the release of her first single, she decided to join the RCA records and released her first album Thankful, which has been certified double platinum by RIAA, was also received a commonly favourable response within various reviewers. She was being on a top in 2002, yet she was still able to create another peak of her singing career. In 2004, Clarkson’s second album was titled as Breakaway, which became her bestselling album during her career, made a noticeable results in United States and International markets as a result of successful combination with the promotion of her following singles: “Breakaway”,”Since You Been Gone”, “Behinds these Hazel Eyes” as well as “Because Of You”. Second year after her second album had been released, she earned a “Best Female Pop Vocal Performance” award, which is her first Grammy Award, accompanied with her second award for “Best Pop Vocal Album” in one night. Kelly Clarkson definitely has become “the most remarkable American Idol of all time”, which claimed by Billboard Magazine, despite the glory she has made so far, she still keeping herself at a best position in order to make a lot of songs as a thankful feedback to her supporters.
