Malaysia

Malaysia is in South-East Asia. It borders with Thailand and Singapore. It was ruled by Britain. However, after the independent in 1957, it became a democratic country. Its economy depends on tourism, farming and manufacturing. Its major farming activities are palm oil and rubber plantation. In addition, its main manufacturing activities include electronic products and gloves production. Tourists come to Malaysia for its beaches. Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia. Tourists come to Kuala Lumpur for its fabulous shopping. Besides, tourists go to KLCC to see Petronas Twin Towers. Tourists also go to Genting Highland for gambling and shopping. Malaysia has a rich mixture of people and many languages are spoken here, including Malay, English, Mandarin, and Tamil. Although Malay is the official language, many people speak English and their native language too.
