Does swimming make people fat?

According to Dr. David Stensel from Loughborough University, exercise will develop an appetite hormone called ghrelin which will help us to be more effective in our exercise in the future. Therefore, to reduce weight we must choose the correct exercise as wrong exercise will make us feel more hungry. For example swimming in cold water will make us crave for high-fat foods such as biscuits and, as a result, our body will increase its protective fat. While running on a hot day will reduce hunger. Oppositely, mid to low intensity exercise had no impact to appetite.

After exercise, I do feel hungrier than before. It is because our body need more calories to produce energy. I think in order to lose weight, someone must do exercise that can burn calories more than their intake calories, from food.
