To get a good health let's try to know what the body needs in order to be healthy. The body needs a limited calories each day and what the body needs is 1500 calories, so we have to get a table to show us how much each kind of food has calories. It isn't necessary to do exercise to get a good health because your daily activety burn a lot of calories. Even the elderly people do some daily activity beside when we sleep our bodies will burn some calories so we can keep fit and have a good health by control our diet
Let us consider what people can do in order to improve their good health, they should knew what they need to eat in each day and do daily activity

When you have a topic sentence, try underlining the key words and then brainstorming these. Refer back to the key words to make sure that you are focused on the topic still.
You have good ideas, just not quite on topic!
